The Best Pieces From Proenza Schouler’s Annual Archive Sale
PC: Proenza Schouler
It brings me much joy to see you shopping from the archive sale stories I curate. I know I just published one on TOVE a week ago (it’s still going on if you want to shop it), but seeing how well it resonated with you all I wanted to cover another exciting sale that’s happening right now. Today, we’ll be focusing on the best Proenza Schouler archive sale pieces.
This year’s annual Proenza Archive sale isn’t like its previous ones, as it may be your last chance to shop pieces designed by founders Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez. After parting ways with the brand they founded in 2002 to take over the creative direction at Loewe, the new collections arriving in stores will be the first from Rachel Scott, who assumed the role in September 2025.
Buying anything from Proenza Schouler at retail price may not be feasible for everyone. Therefore, an archive sale where items can be shopped for up to 70% off feels like a saving grace for many. I know I’m always looking forward to seeing if the pieces I’ve been eyeing throughout the year made it onto the sale list, and more often than not, they do.
What they do not, however, is last long. Sizes sell out quickly, and popular items all but vanish within a day. Remember that there isn’t a ton of stock to begin with in these sales, so if you see something you like, I advise against hesitating.
With it being your last chance to own a Jack and Lazaro-designed piece, consider it as buying into a piece of history, one that may or may not make a grand return in the future if you’re into that kind of business… More than anything, though, I think it will be a sentimental piece to own if you’ve been a fan of the brand for a while now.
