Few items in fashion capture my attention as much as a really good bag. We’ve seen various silhouettes rotate under the spotlight over the years, and for 2026, I’m seeing two styles outshine the rest: the bowling bag and easy, everyday purses. At the top of my wishlist is The Row India Top Handle Bag, but seeing that it’s out of budget at this time, I found plenty of alternatives to shop ahead. Cos recently released this adorable bowling bag, which, with its affordable price point, might find a new home in my closet soon. Also on my radar are a few Phoebe Philo bags. Not just the popular Kit Cabas bag, but the Small Cig bag, which I recently spotted at Bergdorf Goodman and haven’t stopped thinking about since. I keep getting served ads from Verafied for this bag, and well, I’d like to let its social team know that they’ve found their right audience: I’m hooked.

Last fall, I talked about my splurgy Tod’s Bauletto Bag purchase. She remains as relevant today as she was six months ago. In fact, I think a lot of Tod’s bags are grossly underrated—if you love sleek Italian designs that don’t skimp on quality, then you really should be browsing its stores more often. Just imagine pulling up to work with this Folio bag… heads will turn!

I could go on. I got my hands on a discontinued Khaite bag through Poshmark, and it takes up a considerable amount of real estate in my brain. I’m also excited to introduce some newer names in the market, like Cemetric Derell, with the perfect out-in-the-city purse.
